Reseller tickets are expensive and may not be legitimate. 

Paying 5 times the actual value of a ticket … 

Showing up at the venue and being told that you paid for a seat that was legitimately sold to another … 

Both scenarios are frequent occurrences at performing arts centers including Proctors. The unfortunate outcome – to use the vernacular – sucks. And it is avoidable.  

We want you here and we don’t want you to pay too much to join us. If you read no further: The one thing you must know is that the only way to get a legitimate seat at the best price to Proctors is to buy directly from Proctors. There are three ways to purchase tickets: 

  • Go to atproctors.org, the only official ticketing Web site.  
  • Call our Box Office at (518) 346-6204.  
  • Visit us at 432 State St. in Schenectady during box office hours.  

We know that some consumers may still be tempted to buy from a third-party for a variety of reasons. Know that Proctors and its show partners are NOT responsible for redemption of – or refunds for – fraudulent tickets sold from third–party websites and individual resellers. For information on best practices when buying third-party tickets visit the Better Business Bureau website.
