Our venues are also all equipped with elevator access.
A: Anyone who needs special accommodations can be discharged on State Street near the marquee. There is a pull-off area in this location. Anyone needing assistance from State Street should contact the Box Office at 518.346.6204 for arrangements. We are able to provide curbside service and wheelchairs with at least 48 hours notice.
A: Patrons who are partially or completely blind should contact the Box Office for appropriate seating.
A: Assisted hearing devices are available for loan at the box office. A T-coil hearing loop is installed at the MainStage at Proctors, theREP’s Main Stage and UPH’s Great Hall.
ASL-interpreted performances are offered for select shows at theREP and Proctors; contact the box office for more information and to purchase seats near the interpreters.
GalaPro captioning is available for select performances at Proctors.
