A: Call the Box Office at Proctors at (518) 346-6204. We will reprint them for you and hold them for pick-up. Your lost tickets would then no longer be valid and the reprinted tickets would be the only tickets honored at the theatre doors. You will need to show ID to get them reprinted. A: If a performance takes place, despite adverse weather conditions, Proctors will not issue refunds or exchanges to patrons who do not attend. The only time a refund will be issued is when a performance is canceled or for health and safety issues.
A: Any participation in scalping or selling tickets to anyone other than the purchaser of record is subject to invalidation and confiscation.
A: Only members of a certain level and subscribers may exchange Broadway tickets up to 24 hours before the performance. The box office must have tickets to exchange in order to complete the transaction. Please see your benefits package for more details. Exclusions do apply for members and subscribers, for all other patrons tickets are final sale.
A: Door opening time is determined by the show’s producer, but typically opens 30 minutes prior to curtain.
A: Beverages and snacks are available prior to the show and at intermission. Concessions are allowed in the auditorium.
A: The Right Center section is numbered as follows: 2, 4, 6, etc. The Left Center section is numbered as follows: 1, 3, 5, etc. The Orchestra Center section is numbered as follows: 101, 102, 103, etc. Ushers are available at every aisle to direct you to your seats.
A: Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and may be required, at the request of the show’s producers, to be seated in the rear of the theatre.
A: Patrons with accessibility needs or mobility restrictions should describe their needs to the box office when purchasing tickets so that we can best accommodate them. The Box Office is open in person at Proctors and over the phone at 518-346-6204 10 am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Patrons may also email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: Assisted hearing devices are available for loan at the box office. A T-coil hearing loop is installed at the MainStage at Proctors, theREP’s Main Stage and UPH’s Great Hall.
A: ASL-interpreted performances are offered for select shows at theREP and Proctors; contact the box office for more information and to purchase seats near the interpreters.
GalaPro captioning is available for select performances at Proctors.
A: Our venues are also all equipped with elevator access.
A: Booster seats are available at the concession booth outside of the MainStage at Proctors as well at the box office at theREP.
A: Gift cards are available for all shows at Proctors Collaborative in any monetary denomination. These gift certificates can be purchased online, by phone or at the box office.

A: There is a free public parking garage on Broadway, near the back entrance of Proctors. Parking is also available on State Street after 5 p.m. when the parking meters are off. There are also various other parking lots around town, please visit our parking page for more information.

On the night of the performance, you will go to the will call line and present a valid form of ID. We will then give you your tickets.
