Our venues include a 2,646-seat MainStage, two black box theatres, a stunning ballroom for up to 300 guests, and multiple flexible meeting rooms. Whether you’re planning an intimate 10-person gathering, a birthday party before a film, a wedding, a corporate reception, or a statewide conference with thousands in attendance, Proctors offers the ideal space and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.

To make planning simple, we provide a wide range of in-house event services and have strong partnerships with the region’s top caterers and event planners. The Proctors Box Office is available to ticket your event, offering fully staffed phone and window service seven days a week, along with 24-hour online sales. We are also fully licensed to provide bar services and staffing in all rentable venues.

For convenient in-house catering, the Apostrophe Café—located on the first floor—offers breakfast, lunch, snack, and dessert platters, so you can skip the hassle of outside food. Additional services include merchandise sales, marketing support, and theatrical equipment rentals.
