Administrative offices: To meet with a member of our administrative team, please reach out to them directly to schedule a meeting. For the safety and security of our staff, the administrative offices at Proctors are not open to the public.
Concessions: There is a concession stand located just outside the entrance to the MainStage, which offers candy and snacks an hour and a half before shows and during intermission. Several bars are located throughout the theatre and offer beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soda for purchase.
Lactation lounge: The Bellevue Women’s Center Lactation Lounge at Proctors is located in the Ladies’ Lounge on the second-floor mezzanine level of the auditorium. Immediately before and during performances, ticketed patrons may ask for directions and admission from the Box Office at Proctors. The public may ask for admission from the Box Office at Proctors during non-show hours.
Robb Alley: This welcoming, active public space located in Proctors can be adapted to many different functions and provides regular foot traffic from State Street, the Box Office at Proctors, and the Apostrophe Café. Also home of the Capital Region Entertainment Hall of Fame at Proctors.
