CCC’s Lunar New Year

The Chinese Community Center (CCC), founded in 1973, proudly presents its 53rd annual Lunar New Year Celebration – one of the Capital Region’s most cherished cultural traditions. What began as a small gathering has grown into a vibrant gala that now welcomes more than a thousand attendees each year, showcasing both community talent and professional artistry.

This year, we usher in the Year of the Horse – a symbol of energy, strength, and vitality that inspires us to move forward with confidence and joy. In this uplifting spirit, CCC will present a spectacular program featuring a dynamic range of performances.

Audiences will be treated to a diverse array of cultural and artistic expressions, including:

• Chinese Kung Fu

• Classical and folk dances

• Mongolian dance

• Upscale chorus

This is a Lunar New Year celebration you won’t want to miss – bring your family and friends and welcome the Year of the Horse with joy, culture, and inspiration! As a tradition, all children (under 12) will receive a festive red pocket to celebrate the holiday.
