A married couple’s relationship unravels in West Berlin, where Anna (Isabelle Adjani) demands a divorce from her husband Mark (Sam Neill). What begins as a domestic drama, spirals into surreal horror as everyone’s behavior grows increasingly erratic — leading to violence, madness, and the discovery of something monstrous always lurking in the shadows.
